Project Manager – IT Enterprise Projects (Agile)

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a proven track record of managing complex IT enterprise projects using Agile methodologies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering high-impact technology initiatives while coordinating cross-functional teams and ensuring business alignment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and execution of IT enterprise projects from initiation to delivery.
• Apply Agile practices (Scrum/Kanban) to manage sprints, stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog prioritization.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams — product, engineering, QA, DevOps, and client stakeholders.
• Define project scope, objectives, schedules, and resource allocation.
• Identify and manage risks, dependencies, and change requests proactively.
• Track project progress, prepare status reports, and present updates to senior leadership and clients.
• Ensure adherence to quality, compliance, and budgetary constraints.
• Mentor and guide team members in Agile best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (MBA or PMP/CSM certification is a plus).
• 5+ years of experience managing IT enterprise projects in an Agile environment.
• Proven expertise in Agile frameworks (Scrum/Kanban) and tools (JIRA, Confluence, MS Project).
• Experience coordinating with large, cross-functional teams across geographies.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Solid understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), DevOps culture, and enterprise technology landscapes.

Preferred Skills

• Background in Banking, Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI), or FinTech projects.
• Exposure to emerging technologies such as Application Programming Interfaces (APIs), microservices, Blockchain, or AI/ML.
• Experience delivering Software as a Service (SaaS) or cloud-native enterprise products.

Experience

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, specifically with IT enterprise projects.
