Role:<br /> The Financial Controller at Onsurity plays a pivotal role in overseeing all aspects of financial<br /> management, including corporate accounting, regulatory and financial reporting, budget and forecasts<br /> preparation, as well as development of internal control policies and procedures. Finance Controller<br /> responsibilities will also include financial risk management.<br /> Responsibilities:<br /> • Manage all accounting operations including Billing, Receivables, Payables, GL and Revenue Recognition.<br /> • Coordinate and direct the preparation of the budget and financial forecasts and report variances to the<br /> management<br /> • Prepare and publish timely monthly financial statements<br /> • Ensure timely management of compliance and preparation of regulatory reporting and filings<br /> • Support month-end and year-end close process<br /> • Ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting<br /> • Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal<br /> financial controls<br /> • Effective and timely completion of statutory & internal audits<br /> • Automation of internal team processes and drive efficiency within the team operations<br /> • Additional controller duties as necessary<br /> Requirements and skills:<br /> • Proven working experience as a Financial Controller<br /> • 10+ years of overall combined accounting and finance experience<br /> • CA is a must<br /> • Experience in Insurance Industry, Health Care or Wellness<br /> • Thorough knowledge of accounting principles and procedures including IND AS<br /> • Excellent accounting software user and administration skills
