Financial & Commercial Leadership:
<p> </p> ○ P&L Management: Own and deliver the complete Profit & Loss for the business, driving <p> </p> revenue growth, optimizing costs, and maximizing overall profitability. <p> </p> ○ Pricing Strategy: Develop and execute a data-driven pricing strategy to optimize value <p> </p> across all sales channels, ensuring sustainable margins and competitive advantage. <p> </p> ○ Driving Margin & Cost Efficiency: Implement rigorous processes for profitability analysis <p> </p> and cost management across the entire value chain, from sourcing to market. <p> </p> ○ Commercial Planning & Forecasting: Lead the annual and 5-year business planning cycles, <p> </p> creating cross-functional strategies and tactics to drive category and brand growth. <p> </p> ● Supply Chain & Operations Excellence: <p> </p> ○ S&OP Cycle: Establish and lead a comprehensive Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) <p> </p> process to align demand and supply, improve forecasting accuracy, and foster <p> </p> collaboration across all departments. <p> </p> ○ Supplier Management & Engagement: Take a strategic approach to managing <p> </p> international brand suppliers, ensuring a seamless flow of products and leveraging <p> </p> collaborative relationships to optimize the supply chain network for resilience and <p> </p> flexibility. <p> </p> ● Channel & Customer Development: <p> </p> ○ Distributor Management: Lead Joint UP Business Planning (JUBP) with key track primary <p> </p> and secondary sales, and drive shared growth objectives. <p> </p> ○ Omni-channel Strategy: Develop and execute a winning strategy across our diverse <p> </p> portfolio of sales channels, including Modern Trade, General Trade, Chain Retail <p> </p> Businesses, HORECA, Travel Retail, E-commerce, Internet Resellers, and Direct sales <p> </p> through our own website via appointed dark stores. <p> </p> ● Strategic Alliances & Brand Stewardship: <p> </p> ○ International Partner Management: Act as the primary liaison between the local market <p> </p> and the international brand owner. Your role is to build trust, provide data-driven insights <p> </p> on market performance, and secure buy-in on local growth strategies while meticulously <p> </p> protecting the brand's global integrity. <p> </p> ○ Stakeholder Engagement: Effectively manage the expectations and objectives of both the <p> </p> international brand owner and the local Business Principals, translating strategic goals <p> </p> into actionable plans for the local team. <p> </p> ● Marketing & Brand Ownership: <p> </p> ○ A&P Budget Management: As the ultimate budget owner, you will be accountable for the <p> </p> strategic utilization and Return on Investment (ROI) of the Advertising and Promotion <p> </p> (A&P) budget. You will guide the dedicated trade marketing resource to maximize brand <p> </p> visibility and sales velocity. <p> </p> ○ Trade Marketing Oversight: Direct the trade marketing team to create a compelling value <p> </p> proposition for trade partners, ensuring our products are preferred over competitors' and <p> </p> secure prime shelf space. <p> </p> ● Leadership & People Management: <p> </p> ○ Team Management: Lead, mentor, and guide a high-performing team, fostering a culture <p> </p> of ownership and continuous improvement to ensure alignment and achievement of <p> </p> business targets. <p> </p> ○ Executive Partnership: Partner closely with the Business Principals and C-suite executives, <p> </p> providing them with clear and data-driven insights on business performance and strategic <p> </p> growth initiatives to drive alignment and decision-making.<br />
