Job Summary

The Head of Marketing will be responsible for leading the marketing efforts to drive revenue growth across all channels. This role involves P&L ownership, overseeing a high-output team across performance marketing, brand management, and operations. The Head of Marketing will play a critical role in scaling the brand's revenue from 200 Crore to 1000 Crore, with a focus on maintaining strong unit economics and capital efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • P&L Ownership

    • Own top-line and bottom-line revenue across all channels (D2C, Marketplaces, and Retail).
    • Drive omnichannel growth and achieve scale while ensuring profitable scaling.
    • Own the unit economics for marketing: Build and optimize frameworks for Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), Lifetime Value (LTV), Return on Advertising Spend (ROAS), and Contribution Margin.
  • Brand Voice

    • Own the brand positioning.
    • Collaborate with the creative team to ensure all communications are world-class and resonate with customers.
    • Enhance positioning across D2C and offline channels, ensuring consistent brand messaging.
  • Marketing Operations

    • Develop systems and operating rhythms to increase decision velocity and execution speed across the marketing function.
    • Maintain the marketing ledger, valuing financial discipline alongside creative flair.

Qualifications

  • Experience

    • Minimum of 7 years in high-growth D2C or fashion sectors, with previous experience in scaling businesses from 100 Crore to 500 Crore.
    • Proven track record (3+ years) in scaling performance marketing for consumer-first brands.
  • Educational Background

    • Tier-1 academic qualifications (IIT / IIM / ISB preferred).

Salary

Estimated salary range is ₹7,000,000 - ₹8,000,000 annually.
