Job Summary
The LMS Admin & Content Development Specialist, designated as Assistant Manager - L&D, plays a crucial role in the Learning & Development (L&D) department. This position focuses on designing and implementing engaging, technology-enabled learning experiences using AI-powered tools and modern digital learning platforms. The specialist transforms business knowledge, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), product information, and capability frameworks into interactive digital content to enhance learning at scale.
Responsibilities
- Develop high-quality learning content using AI-assisted content creation tools.
- Convert business processes, SOPs, policies, and operational knowledge into learner-friendly digital assets.
- Design and create various digital learning materials, including:
- Interactive e-learning modules
- Microlearning videos
- Animated explainers
- Infographics
- Digital playbooks
- Job aids
- Learning nuggets
- Mobile-first learning content
- Digital assessments
- Gamified learning activities
- Scenario-based learning modules
- Apply adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies to enhance engagement and knowledge retention.
- Maintain digital content libraries and ensure version control, adhering to brand guidelines and organizational standards.
- Continuously refine learning assets based on learner feedback, analytics, and evolving business needs.
Qualifications
- Educational: MBA in HR or Master’s in Business Psychology.
- Experience: 2–5 years in digital learning content development, instructional design, or multimedia content creation. Experience in retail, hospitality, food service, FMCG, or service industries is preferred.
- Technical Skills:
- Familiarity with Generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Google Gemini).
- Proficient in content creation tools such as Canva (Magic Studio), Gamma, and Adobe Express.
- Experience with video creation tools like Synthesia, Vyond, and Canva Video.
- Knowledge of e-learning authoring tools including Articulate Storyline and Rise 360.
