Job Summary

The Oracle EPM Administrator is responsible for managing and supporting the Enterprise Performance Management applications. This role is crucial for ensuring system stability, performance, and availability, directly contributing to the organization’s financial planning, forecasting, and reporting processes.

Responsibilities

  • Administer and maintain Oracle EPM Cloud/Hyperion applications, including Planning, Financial Consolidation and Close Service (FCCS), Account Reconciliation Cloud Service (ARCS), and Profitability and Cost Management Cloud Service (PCMCS).
  • Manage user provisioning, roles, and security settings within the applications.
  • Monitor system health, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate upgrades and patches.
  • Support Finance teams during planning, close, and reporting cycles to ensure accurate and timely processes.
  • Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to improve processes and enhance reporting capabilities.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field.
  • Experience: 3–5 years of hands-on experience in Oracle EPM administration.
  • Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of EPM modules (Planning, FCCS, ARCS, etc.).
  • Familiarity with integrations, automation, and reporting tools.
  • Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Skills

  • Prior experience with cloud technologies and services.
  • Project management experience would be advantageous.

Experience

  • A minimum of 3–5 years of relevant experience in Oracle EPM administration.

Environment

  • This position will be performed offshore, typically in a remote work setting, requiring strong self-management and communication skills.
