Hands-on development: analyse product specifications, design implementations, write code and rapidly deliver features - Mentor and hire a team of Software engineers and lead end-to-end development for large-scale applications - Work closely with various business stakeholders, product management, business to deliver products - Define and manage Technical Roadmap, own the entire product delivery end to end. - Drive high-level architectural decisions and designs based on business priorities and requirement. - Owning all engineering aspects of e-commerce channels (web and mobile)
