KPI

  1. Business Management & Growth

• Own P&L for Q-Commerce accounts and deliver revenue, profitability,

and market share targets.• Develop strategic business plans for each platform and drive execution

aligned with growth outcomes.

• Build and strengthen relationships with category managers and platform

leadership teams.

  1. Assortment, Listings & Content Management

• Drive new product listings, catalogue hygiene, and assortment

optimization.

• Ensure accurate product content, images, keywords, and taxonomy for

improved visibility.

• Identify assortment gaps and propose solutions based on consumer and

platform data.

  1. Promotions & Visibility Planning

• Plan and execute platform promotions, banner ads, brand stores, and

visibility investments.

• Monitor performance of promotions and optimize spends for maximum

ROI.

• Coordinate with marketing teams for performance marketing and

platform-led campaigns.

  1. Demand Forecasting & Supply Coordination

• Work closely with supply chain teams to maintain optimal stock

availability.

• Ensure high fill rates, low cancellations, and smooth order flow during

peak events.

• Track daily/weekly stock levels and manage replenishment plans with

warehouses.

  1. Data Analytics & Performance Tracking

• Analyse sales trends, consumer behaviour, competition, and platform

insights.

• Prepare weekly, monthly dashboards including GMV, contribution

margins, visibility ROI, and platform scorecards.

• Recommend corrective actions and growth opportunities based on data-

driven insights.

  1. Commercials & Negotiations

• Lead negotiations on margins, visibility budgets, base terms, and annual

promotional mechanics.

• Ability to influence internal and external stakeholders.
