Job Description Purpose Upscaling the Finance function and making it robust in view of the upcoming events Position / Job Title Sr. manager / Manager Department Finance, Accounts & Taxation Reporting To Finance Controller Location 10th floor, PENINSULA BUSINESS PARK TOWER, A, Lower Parel, Mumbai, Maharashtra 400013 Years of Experience 8-12 years Job Responsibilities / Deliverables • Establish and ensure adherence with Direct and Indirect tax requirements. • Oversee, co-ordinate and ensure closure of compliances, reporting and documentation. • Transfer pricing – planning, compliance and documentation • Ensure that direct & indirect taxation strategy development & operational management is delivered with 100% compliance and on time for Rubicon & its subsidiaries. • Relationship management with the auditors, and legal advisors whenever necessary. • Responsible for assessments and department audits/inspections. Proactively identify deviations and establish action plans to take corrective actions when required (key indicators). • Drive automation and digitization initiatives relating to tax management processes to improve process efficiencies and people productivity. Qualifications & PreRequisites • Seasoned & qualified CA with 4+ years’ experience across taxation – compliance management, planning and assessments. • Combination of good intellectual and analytical capability with a processoriented approach. • Strong communication skills, cultural empathy. • Strong knowledge of applicable laws and procedures. • Updated on various judgements from ITAT and Courts.
