Job Summary
We, at Kuku TV, are seeking a growth-minded professional to scale our brand integrations business. This position is crucial for building meaningful, integration-led partnerships across our content ecosystem, contributing significantly to our revenue and content strategy. As Manager – Brand Integrations, you will oversee the lifecycle from brand identification to acquisition, campaign delivery, and performance reporting.
Responsibilities
- Drive Brand Integration Revenue: Build and manage a robust pipeline of prospective partners, identifying monetization opportunities and closing commercially sound deals.
- Develop Integration-Led Solutions: Conceptualize and sell customized brand integration solutions including in-show placements and sponsorships, while crafting persuasive proposals and client-facing presentations.
- Lead End-to-End Integration Execution: Own the delivery of integrated campaigns by aligning with cross-functional stakeholders and ensuring quality standards and timelines are consistently met.
- Use Data to Strengthen Integration Impact: Leverage audience insights and performance metrics to enhance proposals and evaluate campaign effectiveness.
Qualifications
- Education: MBA from a top institution (IIMs, FMS, XLRI) and an undergraduate degree from a prestigious institution (IITs, SRCC, LSR, NIFT, MICA, or equivalent).
- Experience: More than 4 years in OTT/media sales and/or brand solutions, with a proven track record of driving B2B revenue through branded content or media partnerships.
- Skills:
- Strong commercial acumen with proposal development and negotiation capabilities.
- Creative and strategic mindset to align brand integration ideas with storytelling.
- Data-driven approach, comfortable with performance metrics and campaign insights.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and campaigns with a focus on high ownership and execution.
