• Setting goals and expectations with team members per the engagement, their role

• Manage replacement and rotation (per org’s needs and strategy)

• AM collaboration for account intel and growth

• Ascertain UCD is followed (+ some metrics to measure impact)

• Assign KRAs and track performance
