Job Description
• Setting goals and expectations with team members per the engagement, their role• Manage replacement and rotation (per org’s needs and strategy)• AM collaboration for account intel and growth• Ascertain UCD is followed (+ some metrics to measure impact)• Assign KRAs and track performance• Provide specific feedback and track course correction (skill gap, prevent escalation, growth)• Mitigate escalation• Build rapport, relations and new connects (side and above current pocs) and run and maintain CSATs• Track engagements, extension heads up, expansion• Structure replacement or rotation strategy
