Financial Forecasting and Budgeting  Develop and manage the annual budgeting process.  Create and maintain financial models to forecast revenue, expenses, and cash flow.  Monitor and analyze actual financial performance against budget and provide regular variance analysis. Financial Analysis:  Analyze financial statements, identify trends, and provide insights on business performance.  Conduct cost analysis to identify areas for cost reduction and efficiency improvements.  Assess and provide recommendations for capital allocation and investment decisions. Reporting and Presentations:  Prepare and present financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual reports, to senior management and stakeholders.  Deliver insights and recommendations to guide strategic decisions and actions. Financial Strategy:  Contribute to the development of financial strategies to drive company growth and profitability.  Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial plans with business objectives. Compliance and Risk Management:  Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.  Identify and mitigate financial risks through proactive analysis and planning. Team Management:  Lead and develop a team of financial analysts, providing guidance, training, and mentorship.  Foster a culture of continuous improvement and high performance within the FP&A team. System and Process Improvement:  Evaluate and improve financial planning and analysis tools, processes, and systems to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
