Job Summary

The SAP SuccessFactors Consultant will be responsible for the configuration and implementation of SAP SuccessFactors modules tailored to client requirements. This role is crucial in optimizing HR processes and enhancing system functionalities to align with business needs.

Responsibilities

• Configure and implement SAP SuccessFactors modules based on client requirements.
• Work on Core HR processes including Employee Central, Onboarding, and/or Talent modules, depending on expertise.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and convert them into effective system solutions.
• Support system upgrades, patches, testing, and manage other technical projects.
• Provide end-user training and create relevant documentation.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues in coordination with the support team.

Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors.
• Modules Knowledge: Strong knowledge of at least one or more modules: Employee Central, Recruitment, Onboarding, Learning Management System (LMS), or Performance & Goals.
• Integration Understanding: Good understanding of SuccessFactors integration with other SAP or third-party systems.
• Requirements Gathering: Ability to conduct requirements gathering sessions and deliver solutions accordingly.
• Communication Skills: Strong communication and client-facing skills.

Preferred Skills

• SAP SuccessFactors Certification (any module).
• Experience working in an agile project delivery environment.

Experience

• A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in SAP SuccessFactors.
