Job Description
- Develop, maintain, and improve business critical tools and processes such as preparing the KPIs, MIS & dashboards as per the business requirements
- Have an experience range of 6-8 years
- Consolidate and produce business plans, budgets and review together with other business heads
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to support critical business processes that help inform our top and bottom lines
- Manage change related to data and systems through communication, by developing user guide and knowledge management documentation
- Work with the rest of the operational team members to identify, gather and analyse data that informs on leading and lagging success indicators.
- Develop and communicate strategic roadmap, corporate strategies and business strategies
- Assist and communicate with executives in decision-making, program management, and initiative implementation
