Experience<br /> 8–14 years<br /> Position<br /> Leadership – Solution Architecture & Enterprise Delivery<br /> About the Role<br /> We’re looking for a<br /> Technical Delivery Lead (Solution Architect)<br /> to lead enterprise-grade implementations of GoComet’s SaaSplatform. This role is deeply<br /> technical and delivery-focused<br /> , responsible for system design, client integration, stakeholderalignment, and secure, scalable deployments for Fortune 500 clients like Unilever, Apple, and Koch.<br /> You’ll act as the<br /> technical face of delivery<br /> , owning architecture, solution planning, and go-live execution across functions —engineering, product, client IT, and infosec.<br /> Key Responsibilities<br /> Lead<br /> technical delivery and solution architecture<br /> for large enterprise clients.<br /> Design and document<br /> integration architecture, auth flows, data exchange<br /> , and custom workflows.<br /> Own<br /> client technical discussions<br /> around SSO, security, APIs, scalability, and deployment.<br /> Create and present<br /> architecture diagrams<br /> , deployment models, and implementation plans.<br /> Collaborate with internal pods (product, engineering, QA, DevOps) to ensure right architecture and design<br /> Drive<br /> technical discovery<br /> , scope definition, effort estimation, and SOW drafting.<br /> Ensure<br /> compliance with enterprise security protocols<br /> (SOC 2, ISO, GDPR, etc.) during delivery.<br /> Align with<br /> product managers and customer success<br /> for smooth handoffs and post-go-live tracking.<br /> Manage multiple projects, team bandwidth, and client expectations in parallel.<br /> Standardize best practices for architecture, delivery playbooks, and reusable solution patterns.<br /> Requirements<br /> 6+ years of experience in technical solutioning, architecture, or enterprise SaaS delivery.<br /> Deep understanding of<br /> APIs, system integration, auth protocols (OAuth, SAML), and secure data design<br /> .<br /> 3+ years in a<br /> client-facing technical delivery<br /> or<br /> enterprise consulting<br /> role.<br /> 3+ years of hands-on backend development experience (e.g., Ruby, Node.js, Python, or Java)<br /> 2+ years in a technical leadership role focused on DevOps/SRE/platform engineering.<br /> Experience integrating with systems like<br /> SAP, Oracle, TMS, ERPs, Identity Providers<br /> .<br /> Familiarity with<br /> cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure)<br /> and deployment practices (multi-tenant, hybrid, on-prem).<br /> Proven track record of delivering projects involving<br /> cross-functional coordination<br /> , SOWs, and change management.<br /> Exposure to<br /> project and stakeholder management<br /> in agile environments.<br /> Strong ability to create technical documentation, diagrams, and articulate trade-offs.<br /> Excellent communication skills — capable of leading technical conversations with both developers and CXOs.<br /> Ideal Candidate<br /> You’ve led complex technical deliveries into large enterprises. You understand how to architect scalable systems, managedelivery complexity, deal with ambiguity, and keep stakeholders aligned. You're hands-on with architecture, but also confidentleading cross-functional teams toward successful go-lives. Security, scale, and systems thinking are second nature to you.<br /> Hiring Process<br /> We aim to complete the process within<br /> 7–10 days<br /> , with clear feedback after each step:<br /> 1.<br /> Submit your project write-up<br /> (see below)<br /> 2.<br /> Introductory Call with VP of Engineering (Delivery) – 30 mins<br /> Discuss your delivery experience, technical depth, and exposure to enterprise environments.<br /> Review your<br /> project write-up<br /> and walk through system-level challenges.<br /> 3.<br /> Technical Deep Dive – 1 hour<br /> Explore solution design, architecture decisions, integration strategies, and compliance alignment.<br /> Deep dive into your submitted project and how you approached its technical implementation.<br /> 4.<br /> Project & Stakeholder Management Round – 1 hour<br /> Evaluate your approach to cross-functional collaboration, managing SOWs, sprint planning, risk mitigation, and clientescalations.<br /> Expect scenario-based discussions around scope creep, resource constraints, and stakeholder communication.<br /> 5.<br /> In-Office Architecture Assignment – 4–5 hours<br /> A real-world implementation scenario from GoComet.<br /> You'll be expected to design a technical architecture, delivery plan, and identify key risks (tech + process + compliance).<br /> We’ll assess your documentation, clarity of thinking, prioritization, and stakeholder-readiness.<br /> 6.<br /> Final Round with CTO – 1 hour<br /> Align on leadership philosophy, long-term ownership, and cultural fit.<br /> Expect system-level questions and judgment-based trade-off discussions.<br />
