Senior Product Manager - International Expansion [US]
Scrabble is mandated to hire for an AI powered logistics SaaS platform.

It's a B2B2C role: you build for brands while enhancing the experience of their end customers
Responsibilities
- Own product strategy for the US market by conducting market research, competitive teardowns, and defining tailored positioning and roadmaps aligned with US/DTC brand needs.
- Ship as an individual contributor (IC) by writing detailed PRDs, prioritizing requirements, running sprint ceremonies, and collaborating daily with design, engineering, and QA teams.
- Drive go-to-market (GTM) initiatives by creating pitch narratives, battle cards, demo flows, participating in enterprise sales calls, and responding to RFPs.
- Build onboarding and support processes by designing the customer onboarding journey, defining SLAs, and establishing support workflows across time zones to ensure retention.
- Lead AI innovation by identifying opportunities for AI to improve post-purchase experiences, building LLM powered features, prototyping agents, and evaluating when AI adds value.
- Own key metrics such as Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR), pipeline conversion, activation, retention, and churn; analyze funnel data to inform product decisions and report progress to leadership.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in product management, ideally with B2B SaaS or e-commerce exposure.
- Prior experience with US e-commerce market product development or scaling is a strong plus.
- Proficiency in writing detailed PRDs, prioritization, and agile methodologies.
- Strong understanding of SaaS metrics: MRR, ARR, CAC, churn.
- Experience with AI/LLMs, understanding their capabilities, limitations, and application in product features.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of pitching to CXOs and handling objections.
- Ability to work independently as an IC, thrive in ambiguous environments, and make data-driven decisions.
- Educational qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields; advanced degrees preferred.
Preferred Skills
- Experience building or shipping agentic/LLM features.
- Familiarity with product analytics tools and funnel analysis.
- Knowledge of localization and market-specific customization.
- Ability to handle cross-functional collaboration across sales, marketing, engineering, and support teams.

- Work setting: Fast-paced, collaborative environment with close interaction with global teams.
