In this role, the position supports the business in the following key tasks: ▪ Ensuring compliance with all statutory requirements on taxation – Direct and Indirect Taxes ▪ Regular filing of direct and indirect tax returns, including preparation of calculations ▪ Supporting the finance team in preparation of financial reports and statutory filings Taxation & Compliance ▪ Monitor changes in tax laws, regulations, and government notifications, and assess their impact on the company and associated funds. ▪ Maintain proper documentation for tax assessments, audits, and scrutiny notices. ▪ Support in handling tax assessments, appeals, and correspondence with tax authorities.
