Responsibilities

  • Utilize various job portals, such as LinkedIn, Monster, and Career Builder, for effective candidate sourcing.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of Applicant Tracking System (ATS) software for managing candidate pipelines.
  • Exhibit strong negotiation and communication skills to facilitate successful offer processes.

Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
  • Familiarity with various sourcing techniques and tools.
  • Proficient in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
