These are students who often stand at the crossroads of India’s most prestigious engineering pathways - IITs, BITS, NITs and other top institutions.</b></p>

You’ll work closely with leadership to spot emerging patterns, test new approaches, and refine how SST presents itself to families who are looking for world-class outcomes.</b></p>

<p dir="ltr" role="presentation"><b id="docs-internal-guid-6eed7314-7fff-8643-2d4e-64c85c7e11d4">Decoding parent/student mindsets and identifying what drives clarity, confidence, or hesitation.</b></p>

<p dir="ltr" role="presentation"><b id="docs-internal-guid-6eed7314-7fff-8643-2d4e-64c85c7e11d4">Capturing structured insights from conversations to help refine SST’s messaging, positioning, and GTM communication.</b></p>

<p dir="ltr" role="presentation"><b id="docs-internal-guid-6eed7314-7fff-8643-2d4e-64c85c7e11d4">During this phase, you will work on small, insight-led experiments that strengthen SST’s overall approach to engaging high-calibre families. This may include, but is not limited to:</b></p>

<p dir="ltr" role="presentation"><b id="docs-internal-guid-6eed7314-7fff-8643-2d4e-64c85c7e11d4">Testing new approaches or formats across parent touchpoints, conversations, sessions, or information flows.</b></p>

<p dir="ltr" role="presentation"><b id="docs-internal-guid-6eed7314-7fff-8643-2d4e-64c85c7e11d4">Identifying friction points in the student/parent experience and proposing improvements across GTM and operations.</b></p>

<p dir="ltr" role="presentation"><b id="docs-internal-guid-6eed7314-7fff-8643-2d4e-64c85c7e11d4">Collaborating with GTM, content, campus, and leadership teams to refine processes, artefacts, and frameworks for the upcoming cycle.</b></p>
