JOB PURPOSE
We are seeking a seasoned Senior Manager, Inventory and Reporting to lead and optimize our inventory management and
reporting functions. This critical role will oversee inventory control, cycle counting, and reporting processes, ensuring
accurate and timely data to support strategic decision-making.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Inventory Management:
* Develop and implement robust inventory control strategies to minimize stockouts and excess inventory.
* Oversee cycle counting procedures to maintain accurate inventory records.
* Analyze inventory levels and identify opportunities for optimization.
* Collaborate with procurement and operations teams to ensure efficient inventory flow.
* Reporting and Analysis:
* Design and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure inventory performance.
* Generate accurate and timely reports on inventory levels, turnover rates, and other relevant metrics.
* Conduct in-depth analysis of inventory data to identify trends and anomalies.
* Utilize data analytics tools to provide valuable insights to support business decisions.
* Team Leadership:
* Lead and mentor a team of inventory and reporting professionals.
* Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
* Provide guidance and support to team members to achieve performance goals.
* Process Improvement:
* Identify opportunities to streamline inventory processes and reduce costs.
* Implement new technologies and systems to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize inventory workflows.

QUALIFICATION & WORK EXPERIENCE
* CA or an MBA from Top Tier Institutes
* 4 to 6 years of experience in inventory management and reporting.
