Job Summary

The Performance Marketing Manager will be responsible for owning and scaling Clueso’s paid acquisition engine across global markets, with a primary focus on the US B2B SaaS audience. This role entails managing end-to-end performance marketing strategy, execution, experimentation, and optimization across multiple paid channels. The ideal candidate will independently build scalable acquisition systems and optimize campaigns to drive pipeline and revenue growth in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment.

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end paid acquisition strategy and execution.
  • Manage and scale campaigns across various platforms including Google Ads, Search Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, and Reddit Ads.
  • Optimize campaigns to enhance pipeline generation and improve revenue outcomes.
  • Analyze campaign performance to improve Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) and Lifetime Value (LTV) efficiency.
  • Collaborate closely with product and content teams on landing pages, messaging, and conversion optimization.
  • Experiment with new acquisition channels, campaign structures, and innovative growth ideas.
  • Build scalable acquisition systems with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
  • Continuously monitor, test, and refine campaign performance across the marketing funnel.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 3–4 years in performance marketing, preferably in B2B SaaS companies or as an agency professional managing performance marketing for US-focused B2B SaaS clients.
  • Skills:
    • Strong analytical and execution capabilities.
    • High ownership mindset with the ability to work independently.
    • Comfort in ambiguity and fast-moving environments.
    • Comprehensive understanding of performance marketing metrics and growth funnels.
    • Ability to build, test, and optimize growth experiments rapidly.
    • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with additional marketing tools and performance measurement platforms.
  • Familiarity with creative development processes for digital marketing.

Experience

  • A minimum of 3-4 years of relevant experience in performance marketing, specifically within the B2B SaaS sector.

Environment

  • Work location: Bengaluru (On-site).
  • Working Style: This is a full-time position requiring 5 days of in-office work, in a fast-paced environment with lean, high-impact teams.
