Job Summary

The role involves taking full ownership and development of our AI code quality and security platform. The position requires collaboration with design and engineering teams while offering hands-on technical support, customer success, and implementation guidance.

Responsibilities

• Own and develop the entire AI code quality and security platform.
• Lead initiatives across frontend, backend, and infrastructure to enhance code health.
• Collaborate closely with design and engineering teams throughout the development process.
• Provide hands-on technical support and guidance to ensure customer success.
• Implement solutions to complex engineering problems with practical impact.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of full-time work experience in:
  • Backend Development: Proficient in Python with frameworks such as FastAPI and knowledge of concurrency.
  • Frontend Development: Experience with ReactJS and Node.js.
  • Cloud/DevOps: Familiarity with AWS and Docker.
• A degree in Computer Science or a related field from a Tier 1 institution (IITs / NITs) is preferred.
• Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) is a plus.

Preferred Skills

• Strong problem-solving capabilities and enjoyment of tackling challenging engineering issues.
• Quick learner with a track record of delivering measurable results.
• Ability to work hard, move with urgency, and maintain high levels of ownership.

Experience

• 2-5 years in relevant engineering roles, particularly in backend and frontend development and cloud/DevOps environments.
