Job Summary: We are looking for a talented and creative Social Media Specialist to develop and
execute our social media strategies across various platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong
understanding of the fashion and apparel industry, a passion for social media, and a proven track
record of growing and engaging online communities.
Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Strategy:
 Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with the company's
brand and marketing goals.
 Create monthly content calendars, scheduling posts, and tracking performance metrics.
Content Creation:
 Generate visually appealing and engaging content, including images, videos, and graphics,
that showcases our apparel products.
 Write compelling and persuasive captions to accompany social media posts.
Community Management:
 Build and nurture a strong online community by engaging with followers, responding to
comments and messages, and fostering a sense of community.
 Monitor and manage online reviews, addressing both positive and negative feedback in a
professional manner.
Influencer Collaboration:
 Identify and collaborate with fashion influencers and bloggers to promote our products and
increase brand visibility.
 Coordinate and manage influencer partnerships, including content creation and tracking
ROI.
Analytics and Reporting:
 Monitor key social media metrics, track the success of campaigns, and generate regular
reports to measure the impact of social media efforts.
 Use data insights to make data-driven decisions and adjust strategies as needed.
Trend Analysis:
 Stay up-to-date with industry trends, social media platform updates, and competitor
activities to ensure our strategies remain fresh and relevant.
