Manager – Talent Acquisition (Gold Loan)

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and performance-oriented Talent Acquisition Manager to lead hiring for the Gold Loan business. This role will play a critical part in building a strong frontline and functional workforce to support aggressive business growth and branch expansion plans.

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end hiring for the Gold Loan business across branch sales, operations, audit, collections, and support functions.
  • Partner with business heads to understand workforce planning and hiring roadmaps.
  • Build robust talent pipelines for branch expansion and replacement hiring.
  • Execute hiring strategies for frontline and mid-level talent across geographies.
  • Ensure quality closures within agreed timelines and productivity targets.
  • Leverage multiple sourcing channels including agencies, portals, referrals, and direct outreach.
  • Track recruitment key performance indicators (KPIs) including Turnaround Time (TAT), source mix, offer conversion, and joining ratios.
  • Conduct market benchmarking for hiring competitiveness.
  • Lead and support a team of 2–3 recruiters to drive hiring delivery.
  • Ensure seamless candidate experience and adherence to hiring governance processes.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 6–8 years of experience in Talent Acquisition with strong BFSI hiring exposure.
  • Preferred Experience: Prior experience in Gold Loan hiring is highly preferred.
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of branch hiring and retail financial services talent markets.
  • Skills:
    • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
    • Ability to manage high-volume hiring in a fast-paced setup.
    • Strong team management and execution orientation.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with various talent acquisition tools and systems.
  • Familiarity with data analytics in recruitment.

Experience

  • Minimum of 6–8 years of experience in Talent Acquisition with a focus on BFSI and Gold Loan sectors.
