Job Summary

The IT Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified candidates for various IT positions within the organization. This role will focus on understanding the company’s staffing needs and aligning recruitment strategies to meet those needs efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media, and networking.
• Screen resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates for IT roles.
• Coordinate and conduct interviews with candidates, evaluating their skills and experiences.
• Maintain relationships with hiring managers to understand their ongoing recruitment needs.
• Track recruitment metrics and provide regular updates to management on progress.
• Participate in job fairs and networking events to promote the company and attract talent.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Experience in IT recruitment or related field is preferred.
• Strong understanding of various IT roles, technologies, and the software development process.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
• Experience in employer branding and sourcing strategies.

Experience

• Previous experience in recruitment, ideally within the IT sector.
