•    Should have worked in a startup for min 2 years and max of 5 years
•    Should have been through min of 2 rounds of funds raise
•    Should have worked on conditions precedent and conditions subsequent clauses of transaction documents
•    Should understand the concept of AVM (Affirmative Voting matters)
•    Should have worked with compliance teams of investors (VCs / PEs / other investors)
•    Should understand the FEMA requirements when raising funds
•    Should be well versed with audit related requirements and should have seen a minimum of 2 cycles of audits
•    Should be able to work with low levels of supervision
•    Should have understanding of contract and commercial laws – should be able to review contracts and be comfortable in dealing with law firms
•    Should have understanding of compliances to be taken care of by companies (labour laws / local laws etc)
•    Should have worked with banks in enabling signatories and other authorisations
•    Should be a problem solver – must have excellent collaboration and communication skills
