Role Overview
We are looking for an enthusiastic Social Media Strategist who can contribute to managing
and growing Rasayanam’s social media presence. The ideal candidate understands what
drives engagement online and works closely with the marketing and design teams to build a
strong, consistent digital presence.
Key Responsibilities
Execution & Scheduling

Maintain and manage the monthly social media content calendar.
Schedule and publish content using tools such as Meta Business Suite or Buffer.
Coordinate with design, editing, and influencer teams to ensure timely delivery and
brand consistency.
Assist in planning and executing shoots, including props, set design, and coordination
support.
Engagement & Analysis

Monitor audience engagement, comments, and direct messages across platforms.
Track key performance metrics and prepare concise weekly performance reports.
Provide insights and recommendations to optimize content effectiveness and reach.
Campaign Support

Assist in planning and executing influencer collaborations, contests, and campaigns.●

Contribute creative input for new product launches and promotional initiatives.
Represent Rasayanam’s tone and personality across social media and brand content.
Requirements

Bachelor’s degree (or currently pursuing) in Marketing, Mass Communication, or related
fields.
2-3 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
Strong understanding of Instagram, YouTube & Reddit.
Creative mindset with a keen eye for design, copy, and aesthetics.
Confident communication skills.
Basic knowledge of Canva, CapCut, or any editing tool.
Ability to work full-time on-site at Gurugram (Sec-54).

Prior internship or project experience in social media or digital marketing.
Understanding of influencer marketing, reels trends, or viral formats.
Interest in wellness, fitness, or lifestyle content.
Knowledge of SEO-friendly captions and blog writing.
Familiarity with AI tools for content creation (e.g., ChatGPT, Canva).
What You’ll Learn
You’ll gain hands-on exposure to end-to-end social media strategy and management for a
fast-growing D2C brand, along with real-world experience across shoots, influencer
collaborations, and marketing campaigns. You’ll work closely with Rasayanam content and
marketing leads, receiving practical mentorship while learning the complete creative process of
building a digital brand — from concept and ideation to execution and impact.
