Job Description
Key Result Areas (KRAs)
• Own and manage end-to-end performance marketing across Meta, Google, and CRM channels, ensuring efficient spend, scalability, and ROI.
• Plan and execute full-funnel growth strategies, covering acquisition, consideration, conversion, and retention.
• Derive data-backed creative insights by analyzing audience behavior, creatives, hooks, and messaging to improve performance metrics.
• Work closely with internal teams (creative, brand, content) and external partners to coordinate ad execution, testing, and optimization processes.
• Monitor key performance metrics such as CAC, ROAS, CTR, CVR, and LTV, and continuously optimize campaigns for efficiency and scale.
• Build structured testing frameworks for creatives, audiences, and landing experiences to unlock sustainable growth.
• Ensure smooth operational flow across ad accounts, reporting, and execution while maintaining high ownership and accountability.
