Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Graphic & Motion Designer with over 3 years of professional experience to lead the creation of high-quality visual assets, motion graphics, and video content. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to produce engaging digital content that aligns with branding and marketing strategies, ensuring visual consistency and innovation across all channels.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and produce engaging graphics, animations, and video content for digital marketing campaigns, social media, web, and internal communications.
• Maintain visual consistency and enhance the brand aesthetic through effective use of typography, layout, color theory, and digital asset composition.
• Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and strategy teams from initial concept development through to final delivery.
• Stay updated on current design, motion graphics, and social media trends to ensure the visual output remains fresh, relevant, and impactful.

Qualifications

• Educational Qualification: NIFT (National Institute of Fashion Technology) preferred.
• Experience: 3+ years of proven professional experience in graphic design, video editing, and motion graphics/animation.
• Tools: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, and Canva.
• Core Skills: Exceptional command of typography, composition, color theory, and visual storytelling.
• Portfolio: Strong portfolio demonstrating a balance of static graphic design, kinetic typography, and motion graphics.
