Job Summary

We are seeking experienced Java Developers with a solid foundation in Core Java, exceptional problem-solving abilities, and SQL expertise. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic about coding, debugging, and independently delivering high-quality solutions, contributing effectively to the team.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable and high-performance applications using Core Java.
• Work with Java 8 and 11 features to implement efficient and optimized solutions.
• Utilize Collections Framework, File IO, and optional multi-threading concepts for application development.
• Apply Data Structures & Algorithms (DSA) to solve complex problems effectively.
• Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code adhering to best practices.
• Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues independently.
• Write optimized SQL queries and work extensively with Relational Database Management Systems (RDBMS).
• Implement advanced SQL concepts including Joins, Indexes, Triggers, and Stored Procedures (SPROCs).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for requirement gathering, design discussions, and solution delivery.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and contribute ideas for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Core Java development.
• Strong knowledge of Java 8 and Java 11 features (Lambdas, Streams, Optional, new APIs).
• Proficiency in Collections, File IO, and exposure to multi-threading.
• Strong grasp of Data Structures & Algorithms (DSA) with proven problem-solving ability.
• Good debugging skills and the ability to work independently.
• Proficiency in SQL and RDBMS concepts.
• Hands-on experience with Joins, Indexing, Triggers, and Stored Procedures.
• Familiarity with at least one SQL database provider, preferably MS SQL Server.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to performance tuning in Java and SQL.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies.
• Knowledge of design patterns and best coding practices.

Experience

• 5+ years of relevant experience in Java development.

Environment

• Location: Bangalore – Manyata Tech Park (Onsite).
• Interview Mode: Face-to-Face (Saturday Drive).
