Job Summary

The Supply Chain Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing the end-to-end supply chain operations within the organization. This role ensures the efficient and cost-effective movement of goods, materials, and information from suppliers to customers, supporting the company's overall strategic objectives and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and monitor supply chain strategies to optimize efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service levels.

• Collaborate with suppliers, vendors, and internal departments to forecast demand, plan inventory, and manage supply chain risks.

• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, quality standards, and safety protocols across all supply chain activities.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in supply chain management, logistics, or procurement (minimum 3-5 years preferred).
• Strong understanding of supply chain processes, inventory management, and logistics operations.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in supply chain management software and ERP systems.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field; advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., CSCP, CPSM) are a plus.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
