<div>Money View is looking to bring onboard a Business Head for their newly launched Home Loan<br /> vertical. This person will have overall P&amp;amp;L responsibility for the business and is expected to build<br /> a scalable profitable business. The role will report to the Chief Business Officer (CBO).</div> <div>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES<br />  Driving the strategic direction as well as business delivery for Home Loans business<br />  Responsible for overall business performance - topline (revenues), bottom line (costs<br /> and margins) and customer satisfaction.<br />  Responsible for building partnerships with NBFCs and Banks<br />  Setting up and growing existing channels, developing alternate sourcing channels, and<br /> achieving business targets<br />  Ensuring compliance with policies and procedures as per regulatory guidelines</div> <div>EXPERIENCE<br />  12+ years of work experience in the lending domain with specific experience in Home<br /> Loan/LAP<br />  Good track record in building and scaling a business<br />  Ability to create a strategic roadmap to achieve business objectives and get buy-ins from<br /> leadership team<br />  Ability to work with multiple teams across Product, Marketing and Engineering<br />  Excellent analytical and business skills and ability to use data and metrics for decision<br /> making.<br />  Experience in working across multiple products and exerting a high degree of influence<br /> across several teams/ functions.<br />  Should have worked in a fast-paced environment where the requirements are constantly<br /> evolving.</div> <div>SPECIFIC COMPENTENCIES</div> <div> A hands-on approach and exceptional customer orientation.<br />  High bias for action and ownership.<br />  Entrepreneurial mindset that facilitates challenging conventions, providing out-of-the-box<br /> solutions, comfortable in fast-paced, hyper growth environments.<br />  Should thrive in an evolving environment with strong result / outcome orientation.<br />  Exceptionally self-motivated and directed with an ability to perform in a people-centric,<br /> collaborative environment, high order of inter-personal skills.<br />  Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.</div>
