<ul>
<li><span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="background:white"><span style="line-height:normal"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"><span lang="EN-IN" style="font-family:"Book Antiqua",serif"><span style="color:black">Preparation and finalisation of financial statements of the Group including parent entity at Singapore in compliance with applicable accounting standards (IFRS)</span></span></span></span></span></span></li>
<li><span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="background:white"><span style="line-height:normal"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"><span lang="EN-IN" style="font-family:"Book Antiqua",serif"><span style="color:black">Preparation, review and monitor of monthly MIS of the investment / subsidiary / portfolio entities.</span></span></span></span></span></span></li>
<li><span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="background:white"><span style="line-height:normal"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"><span lang="EN-IN" style="font-family:"Book Antiqua",serif"><span style="color:black">Perform banking operations of the Company including treasury management, fund raise, fund infusion, etc.</span></span></span></span></span></span></li>
<li><span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="background:white"><span style="line-height:normal"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"><span lang="EN-IN" style="font-family:"Book Antiqua",serif"><span style="color:black">Ensure corporate/ tax and secretarial compliances by liaising with external services providers (statutory auditors, tax advisors, legal advisors, secretarial advisors or any other service providers). </span></span></span></span></span></span></li>
<li><span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="background:white"><span style="line-height:normal"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"><span lang="EN-IN" style="font-family:"Book Antiqua",serif"><span style="color:black">Monitor performance of various subsidiaries and performing day-to-day financial operations of platform companies (based in India and Singapore).</span></span></span></span></span></span></li>
