Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced professional with 12–15 years of hands-on experience in managing Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) R12.2.x support and enhancement projects. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in handling RICE components and should have experience leading technical and functional teams. Additional exposure to Oracle Application Framework (OAF) and Workflows is a significant advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage and lead Oracle EBS R12.2.x support, upgrade, and enhancement projects.
• Oversee development and maintenance of RICE components (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions).
• Coordinate with business and technical teams to gather requirements and drive solutions.
• Ensure smooth operation of Oracle applications, managing incidents, service requests, and enhancements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of projects.
• Review and guide technical solutions involving OAF and workflow customizations (if applicable).
• Provide leadership, mentorship, and best practices to the EBS support team.
• Prepare documentation, status reports, and ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

Qualifications

• Experience: 12–15 years of experience with Oracle EBS, especially R12.2.x versions.
• Skills:
  • Strong command over RICEW components.
  • Proven experience managing large-scale support and enhancement projects.
  • Good knowledge and experience with OAF (Oracle Application Framework) and Workflows (preferred).
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to coordinate with both functional and technical teams effectively.
  • Experience working in an onsite-offshore delivery model.
