Our understanding of the role is as follows:
·Looking for an incumbent with more than 7 years of experience in core ETF Product roles.
·The role will report to the Head of Products and will be based out in Mumbai.
·The incumbent shall engage in the oversight and development of the Indian ETF market ecosystem
· This includes the primary and secondary market trading, and managing the relationships with market makers, authorized participants, brokers, exchanges and trading platforms.
·Compensation: 60 LPA on Fixed CTC.
·Pool to be tapped: Open to considering ETF experts from top AMCs working on the product side.
