Head of HR
Location: Bangalore
Reporting To: Founder & CEO
About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic Head of HR who can seamlessly double-hat across Talent Acquisition and core HR KPIs. This is a high-ownership role for someone who enjoys building systems, driving performance culture, and leading hiring end-to-end in a fast-paced, new-age business.
Key Responsibilities
1. Talent Acquisition
- Own end-to-end TA strategy, from workforce planning to offer rollouts
- Build strong talent pipelines for key business functions
- Set up scalable TA processes, SLAs, and hiring dashboards
- Strengthen employer branding and candidate experience
2. HR Generalist + Performance Management
- Lead the design, implementation, and governance of performance frameworks
- Own organization-wide HR KPIs and drive continuous improvement
- Build HR policies, processes, and workflows aligned with a scaling organisation
- Partner closely with the Founder to align people strategy with business goals
- Ensure strong employee engagement, culture initiatives, and org effectiveness
3. HR Operations & Compliance
- Oversee HR operations, documentation, audits, and compliance
- Implement HR systems and tools to improve efficiency
What We’re Looking For
- 6–10 years of HR experience with strong exposure to TA and HR generalist responsibilities
- Experience in early-stage or high-growth environments preferred
- Hands-on, execution-driven leader who can operate independently
