We’re seeking a driven and performance-focused Affiliate Manager to lead and scale Jetpac’s global affiliate marketing program. The ideal candidate will have 5–7 years of experience in managing affiliate partnerships and should bring an analytical mindset, exceptional communication skills, and a growth-hacking spirit. Affiliate Program Development & Strategy
- Design and execute a comprehensive affiliate marketing strategy aligned with growth goal
- Identify and onboard high-potential affiliate partners across all geographies relevant to the business growth
- Own the affiliate lifecycle—from outreach and onboarding to optimization and long-term retention
- Evaluate and implement affiliate platforms and tracking technologies
Performance Management
- Monitor and analyze affiliate performance to maximize ROI
- Define and track KPIs such as conversions, ROI, traffic quality, CAC, and contribution to revenue
- Run A/B tests and optimize landing pages and messaging for affiliate-driven users
- Conduct fraud checks and ensure compliance with program policies
Relationship Management
- Build strong relationships with top-performing affiliates and networks
- Negotiate terms, commissions, and exclusive placements
- Develop co-marketing initiatives and exclusive deals with key partners
- Respond promptly to affiliate inquiries and support requests
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Collaborate with product, marketing, content and design teams to create effective affiliate campaigns
- Align messaging and promotions across owned and earned channels
- Work closely with data and analytics teams to refine attribution and reporting
Reporting & Optimization
- Create regular performance reports and dashboards for internal stakeholders
- Present affiliate insights and strategic recommendations to leadership
- Continuously analyze competition and market trends to stay ahead
What We're Looking For:
- 5–7 years of experience in affiliate marketing and partnerships
- Proven success in managing and scaling affiliate programs (experience in global markets is a plus)
- Bachelor’s degree
- Strong analytical skills with a solid grasp of business metrics
- Proficiency in affiliate tracking platforms (e.g., Impact, Partnerize, CJ, Rakuten, or similar)
- Experience with attribution tools and web analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel)
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment and take ownership
- Prior experience managing affiliate channels for international markets
- Background in growth roles is a strong plus
