Responsibilities

• Implement Workday technical solutions according to client specifications.
• Manage integrations between Workday and other systems.
• Utilize Workday Studio to develop and maintain custom integrations.
• Provide expert guidance on core HR and Human Capital Management (HCM) functionalities within Workday.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and provide effective technical solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Workday functionalities.

Qualifications

• Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience: 3-12 years of experience in Workday technical consulting or related field.
• Technical Skills:
  • Workday technical knowledge
  • Integrations and APIs
  • Workday Studio proficiency
  • Core HR/HCM expertise
• Soft Skills:
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Skills

• Experience with additional Workday modules beyond core HR and HCM.
• Knowledge of payroll and finance modules within Workday.

Experience

• A minimum of 3 years and up to 12 years of relevant experience in Workday technical consulting.

Environment

• Work location is in Mumbai City, with potential for in-office collaboration.
