Job Summary:

We are seeking a Senior Data Analyst who can lead data-driven projects, communicate effectively with clients, and mentor a team of analysts. The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical mindset, the ability to derive actionable insights from data, and the confidence to drive discussions with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate directly with clients to understand business goals and data requirements.

Work hands-on with large, complex datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and insights.

Lead and manage data analysis projects from discovery through delivery.

Design, build, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or QuickSight.

Communicate findings effectively to stakeholders through presentations and visualizations.

Mentor junior analysts and coordinate efforts across the team to ensure high-quality output.

Work closely with data engineers and other team members to ensure data accuracy and consistency.

Take ownership of both strategic planning and execution of analytical tasks.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree

5+ years of hands-on experience in data analysis, reporting, and client engagement.

Proficient in SQL and one or more scripting languages (e.g., Python or R).

Strong experience with BI tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Amazon QuickSight.

Ability to simplify complex data into clear business insights and actions.

Strong verbal and written communication skills; confident in client interactions.

Demonstrated ability to both lead and execute work independently.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working in a fast-paced services or consulting environment.

Familiarity with cloud data platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
