Job Description

Position:  Manager/Regional Manager – Sales

Location: (South Region) Bangalore or Chennai

Experience: 7+ years

Purpose of the Role

Sales Manager for the Energy Storage Solution is responsible for driving the growth and performance of the ESS business within their designated region. This role focuses on manging and expanding the OEM relationship along with exceptional service and achieving regional sales targets. Fostering strong partnerships, optimizing sales processes and enhancing customer satisfaction.

 

Responsibility:

1) Set and achieve regional sales targets for Energy Storage Solutions, ensuring alignment with the company's overall objectives.

2) Develop and execute regional sales plans, including promotional activities and marketing initiatives.

3) Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify business opportunities and adapt strategies accordingly.

4) Track and analyse sales performance data, dealer performance metrics and market conditions.

5. Developing and maintaining relationship with customers and look after end-to-end business process with them.

6)Identifying new business prospects and closing in new alliances right from pitching, planning, and closing in long term business relation.

7). To understand in house capabilities and explore avenues to offer our expertise as a service and also explore relationships

8) To work with customers at different stages of service process by offering solutions as per requirement and close for order winning.

9). To track orders and closing for on timely goods delivery with committed quality. 11. To coordinate with cross functional teams like production, delivery management, purchase, logistics, stores and engineering, accounts for required support in executing orders.

10). To provide customer feedback and manage techno commercial discussion between customer and CFT for better understanding of requirement.

11) Team management and expansion as and when required

 

 

 

Competencies Requirements:

1) Proven people management skills and decision-making skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate the team.

2) Good communicator: an individual who has decent written/oral communication skills, as well as the ability to present his views in a clear and compelling manner.

3)Responsible for all techno commercial sales activity .Should be well versatile with Battery technologies processes, costing practices, preparing techno commercial proposals, should be able to travel to various locations in south

4) Self-Starter willing to work independently

5) Creative, Innovative, Analytical and customer oriented

6) IT Skills(ERP, MS office, word excel, PPT  knowledgeable

7) Adaptive to change
