The Relationship Manager is tasked with the pivotal role of closing property transactions and managing client relationships throughout the entire process. This role is integral to achieving the organization's monthly revenue targets and involves site visits, negotiations, and deal closures.
Responsibilities
- Handle both inbound and outbound leads for residential real estate projects.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable projects.
- Conduct site visits, project walkthroughs, and follow-ups.

- Drive negotiations, booking, and closure of deals.
