<p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ol> <li> <p><strong>Alternate Sales Strategy:</strong> Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to promote SBI Mutual Fund&#39;s alternate investment products, including but not limited to real estate funds, private equity funds, infrastructure funds, and other non-traditional investment products.</p> </li> <li> <p><strong>Team Leadership:</strong> Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and training to optimize their performance and achieve sales targets.</p> </li> <li> <p><strong>Market Penetration:</strong> Identify and explore new market segments, distribution channels, and potential strategic partnerships to expand the company&#39;s presence and market share in the alternate investment space.</p> </li> <li> <p><strong>Client Relationship Management:</strong> Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distribution partners, wealth managers, financial advisors, family offices, and other intermediaries to generate consistent business and increase client loyalty.</p> </li> <li> <p><strong>Product Positioning and Education:</strong> Collaborate with marketing teams to ensure effective positioning and marketing of alternate investment products, and provide ongoing training to sales teams and distribution partners on these products&#39; features, benefits, and suitability.</p> </li> <li> <p><strong>Sales Performance Analysis:</strong> Monitor and analyze sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions accordingly.</p> </li> <li> <p><strong>Regulatory Compliance:</strong> Stay up-to-date with relevant regulations and ensure all sales activities comply with industry standards and regulatory requirements.</p> </li> <li> <p><strong>Cross-functional Collaboration:</strong> Collaborate with various internal teams, including product development, research, and marketing, to align business objectives and optimize the overall sales process.</p> </li> </ol> <p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor&#39;s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field. An MBA or CFA designation is a plus.</li> <li>Proven experience (typically 8+ years) in sales management within the financial services industry, with a focus on alternate investment products.</li> <li>In-depth knowledge of alternate investment products such as real estate funds, private equity funds, infrastructure funds, etc.</li> <li>Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing and motivating a successful sales team.</li> <li>Excellent communication and presentation skills to interact with internal teams, clients, and industry partners effectively.</li> <li>Demonstrated ability to develop and implement sales strategies that result in achieving and exceeding business targets.</li> <li>Sound understanding of financial markets, regulatory guidelines, and industry best practices in the mutual fund and alternate investment space.</li> <li>Ability to adapt to a dynamic market environment and bring innovative ideas to drive business growth.</li> </ul>
