Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Full Stack Software Development Engineer to join our modernization initiative for a legacy 3-tier WPF/WinForms-based healthcare product. The goal is to re-architect and rebuild the system into a modern, scalable, cloud-native solution using microservices, APIs, and micro frontends on AWS. This role is crucial in ensuring the successful transformation and enhancement of our software infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable microservices and APIs using .NET 8 and ASP.NET Web API.
• Modernize legacy WPF/WinForms applications into cloud-native web applications using React and micro frontends.
• Implement secure authentication and authorization mechanisms (AuthN/AuthZ) using JWT and API Gateway.
• Collaborate with architects and DevOps to define infrastructure as code using Terraform and CI/CD pipelines.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure clean architecture, SOLID principles, and best practices.
• Optimize data access and storage using SQL Server and AWS Aurora PostgreSQL, Azure.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 6 years of experience in full stack development.
• Proficiency in .NET 8, C#, and ASP.NET Web API.
• Strong understanding of AWS services (ECS, EC2, S3, API Gateway, IAM).
• Experience with Docker and containerization.
• Familiarity with Terraform, CI/CD, and Git.
• Knowledge of authentication & authorization (JWT, OAuth2).
• Experience with SQL Server and AWS Aurora PostgreSQL.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of microservices architecture and design patterns.
• Experience with Swagger/OpenAPI for API documentation.
• Familiarity with UI Kit or similar component libraries for front-end development.
• Understanding of legacy systems (WinForms, WPF, .NET Framework).
• Experience with ORMs like Entity Framework.

Experience

• Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in software development, particularly in full stack environments.

Environment

• Hybrid work environment located in Hyderabad and Chennai.
• Contract employment type.
