Key Responsibilities: ● Collaborate with the Senior Director of Apparel Design and Creative Strategy to understand and execute design briefs. ● Independently take concepts from design to final product, ensuring high standards of quality and innovation. ● Utilize your expertise in graphic design, trends, and digital tools to develop cutting-edge designs. ● Lead and mentor a team of designers, fostering a creative and collaborative environment. ● Work in a fast-paced environment, responding creatively to challenges and opportunities. ● Demonstrate a sense of ownership and accountability for the product and process. ● Create compelling visual content for both digital and physical platforms. ● Communicate design concepts clearly through presentations, sketches, and prototypes. Qualifications: ● 7-10 years of industry experience in graphic design, preferably in apparel or sportswear. ● Proven ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced environment. ● Strong understanding of modern sportswear aesthetics and disruptive design approaches. ● Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), and familiarity with 3D design tools is a plus. ● Excellent communication and teamwork skills. ● High level of creativity and innovation. ● Strong sense of ownership and accountability. ● Professionalism and respectfulness in all interactions.
