Job Title: Graphic Designer
Summary
You will work directly with the Growth & Marketplaces team to develop visual assets in
accordance with brand requirements, laying the groundwork for our brand's expansion.
Someone who can also bring ideas to the table.
You should have
● 1+ years of professional working experience, preferably in a D2C brand.
● Hands-on experience with Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop skills and familiarity with
tools like After Effects and Premiere Pro.
● Have a portfolio showcasing these design skills with recent work in it.
● Proficiency with a variety of formats, including 2D statics, GIFs, videos etc.
● Sensibility for beautiful typography, design systems, and minimalism with attention to
details at the forefront.
● Knowledge of current design trends in D2C brand and marketing.
● Good time management and ability to multitask and collaborate across teams.
Roles and responsibilities
You are expected to
● Create visual assets like banners, product images, gifs, emailers, and creatives for
multiple retention campaigns that should be consistent with the brand language.
● Drive collaboration with the growth and editorial teams to design creatives for retention
and acquisition platforms such as WhatsApp, Google Ads, BMS, etc.
● Conceptualize new ideas for such online campaigns and promotions.
● Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and meet their respective deadlines.
● Work closely with internal teams to help deliver respective creatives at pace and
optimum quality.
