Job Description

Business Development & Lead Generation

  • Identify, approach, and engage potential clients including architects, interior designers, contractors, and developers.
  • Develop and execute a strategic plan to expand Bharat Platform’s client base across regions.
  • Actively prospect through digital outreach, networking, and referrals.
  • Represent the brand in virtual client meetings, trade forums, webinars, and industry events.

Client Relationship Management

  • Understand client requirements and propose suitable hardware solutions tailored to their needs.
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders to drive repeat business and referrals.
  • Maintain regular follow-ups and ensure timely resolution of client queries and project requirements.

Sales Execution

  • Create and deliver persuasive product presentations and technical proposals.
  • Negotiate terms and close deals to meet or exceed monthly/quarterly targets.
  • Collaborate with internal operations and technical teams for seamless project execution and delivery.

Reporting & Strategy

  • Maintain up-to-date records on CRM tools.
  • Track sales pipeline, generate reports, and provide market insights and competitor intelligence to leadership.
  • Suggest product or service improvements based on client feedback and market trends.
