  • Performance Management: Oversee appraisals to drive high performance.
  • HR Metrics: Report to management and provide decision-making support.
  • Legal Compliance: Ensure we follow all HR laws and regulations.
  • Onboarding & Payroll: Coordinate smooth processes for new hires and payroll.
  • Exit Interviews & Conflict Management: Handle exits, grievances, and conflicts effectively.

What You Need:

  • Education: Master’s in HR - Preferred from top tier colleges like XLRI , TISS , Symbiosis.
Experience: 7-10 years in HR, preferably in pharma or biotech
