- Training & Development: Identify needs and create programs to enhance skills.
- Performance Management: Oversee appraisals to drive high performance.
- HR Metrics: Report to management and provide decision-making support.
- Legal Compliance: Ensure we follow all HR laws and regulations.
- Onboarding & Payroll: Coordinate smooth processes for new hires and payroll.
- Exit Interviews & Conflict Management: Handle exits, grievances, and conflicts effectively.
What You Need:
- Education: Master’s in HR - Preferred from top tier colleges like XLRI , TISS , Symbiosis.
