Job Summary
The HR Business Partner (HRBP) for the Business Function plays a crucial role in aligning business objectives with human resources strategies. This position serves as a consultant to management on human resource-related issues while working closely with various business functions to enhance organizational performance and employee engagement.
Responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders to diagnose and solve HR-related issues.
- Implement HR strategies aligned with business goals to drive performance.
- Support talent management initiatives including recruitment, development, and retention strategies.
- Facilitate organizational change and development initiatives within the business units.
- Analyze workforce data to inform HR decisions and strategies.
- Manage the implementation and utilization of the Workday HR system for various HR functions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar HR role.
- Strong understanding of HR practices, laws, and regulations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze data and provide insights to leadership.
- Proficient in HRMS platforms, specifically Workday, and other HR tools.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in managing complex employee relations issues.

- Familiarity with labor laws and compliance.

Experience
