Job Description
About this role: The Wealth Proposition Management Lead is a pivotal role responsible for designing, defining and evolving the Jio BlackRock Wealth Management offering in line with our clients needs. The ideal candidate is passionate about delivering customer-focused and data-driven solutions to markets and to customers, highly motivated, intellectually curious, solutions-oriented, with an entrepreneurial mindset. Additionally, the ideal candidate is well known for being highly collaborative, a good listener to understand the market needs and manages projects to flawless completion. Strong background in wealth management and / or direct to consumer businesses is desired.
Reporting to: Head of Strategy, Proposition & Operations
Key responsibilities:
Proposition Design:
- Design the Wealth proposition and client offering to align with the Jio BlackRock value proposition.
- Own the strategy and roadmap for all developments, including futures such as investment solutions, calculators, tools, features etc.
Proposition Development
- Leverage data and customer research to ideate solutions to meet customer needs.
- Partner cross functionally and deliver formal business requirement to Digital / Tech / Ops / Investments.
- Ensure prioritisation, timeline and resource allocation is aligned to business strategy and vision.
Proposition Management:
- Implement, monitor and optimise the proposition features to drive positive client outcomes.
- Work with digital product managers to regularly review features to ensure they are market leading.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with Distribution, Investments, Digital, Operations and Compliance teams to develop new products and solutions.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to communicate the value proposition of to clients and stakeholders.
Market Insights Development:
- Analyze and interpret market trends, economic data, and geopolitical developments to develop actionable insights.
- Generate research and reports that can be leveraged by the broader business to enhance strategy and client engagement.
- Customize insights for the local market while ensuring they can be adapted for use across different regions.

Key skills and experiences:
- Strong experience of proposition management within a customer-focused environment
- Demonstrated track record in successful proposition delivery
- Preferably have design experience of multi-channel customer experiences for a d2c brand
- Broad knowledge and understanding of our Wealth propositions and their connectivity to strategy
- 10+ years of experience in wealth management or customer proposition roles
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas to non-technical audiences.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively across functions and influence key stakeholders.
