<div>They are seeking a highly motivated Sr.Manager/Manager - Logistics to oversee and optimize our B2C Logistics division to support the efficient and effective transportation and delivery of goods to our customers.</div> <div>Key Responsibilities: &bull; You will be managing aspects of output in your area: Controlling performance, metrics, process improvements &amp; People management. &bull; Monitor and analyse delivery performance &amp; Closure on Open shipments. &bull; Coordinate all aspects of B2C logistics day-to-day operations including transportation planning, route optimization, carrier management, and delivery scheduling &bull; Reconciliation of Open Shipments. &bull; Maintain and develop KPIs and SLAs. &bull; Report and escalate issues to management as necessary and in a timely manner, Both Internal &amp; External &bull; Contribute to process improvements and cost optimization initiatives. &bull; Evaluate gaps in the process &amp; report Tech driven approach changes. &bull; Develop and maintain strong communication processes to ensure smooth and efficient flow of accurate information across external customers (logistics partners) and internal customers (Finance, Technology, Fulfilment Centres, customer Service). &bull; Lead and motivate a team of logistics coordinators, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure efficient workflow and adherence to company policies and procedures. &bull; Ability to pull data from numerous databases (using Excel /or other data management systems) and to perform ad hoc reporting and analysis as needed is a plus.</div>
